About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and client-focused Account Manager to join our growing team in Auckland. In this role, you will be responsible for managing key client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving revenue growth through strategic account development. You will act as the main liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless delivery of products and services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build, manage, and maintain long-term relationships with assigned client accounts 
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client communications and escalations 
  • Understand client objectives and align company solutions to meet their needs 
  • Identify opportunities for account growth, upselling, and cross-selling 
  • Coordinate with internal teams (sales, product, support) to deliver high-quality service 
  • Track account performance and prepare regular reports and forecasts 
  • Conduct regular client meetings, reviews, and presentations 
  • Ensure timely resolution of issues to maintain high client satisfaction 

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field 
  • 2+ years of experience in account management, sales, or customer-facing roles 
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills 
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously 
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite 
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in B2B environments 
  • Knowledge of SaaS or service-based industries 
  • Proven track record of achieving revenue targets
