About the Role
We are looking for a passionate Client Success Manager to ensure our clients derive maximum value from our products and services. You will focus on onboarding, retention, and building long-term relationships that drive customer loyalty and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end client lifecycle from onboarding to renewal
- Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders within client organizations
- Understand customer goals and align solutions to achieve desired outcomes
- Monitor client health metrics and proactively address risks
- Conduct regular check-ins, business reviews, and performance discussions
- Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and renewals
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer experience
- Act as the voice of the customer and provide feedback to product teams
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or support roles
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities effectively
- Familiarity with CRM and customer success tools
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in SaaS or tech industry
- Strong data analysis and reporting skills
- Customer-centric mindset with a proactive approach
